We take your privacy very seriously and following the GDPR laws brought into place on the 25th May 2018 we would like to clarify the following:


We do not sell your data on to any third party or organisation. When you contact Infront Photography we collect a variety of information including name, address, telephone number, email and if children are attending their dates of birth. This information is taken for invoice purposes as well as knowing who will be in the session and if we need to contact you. We do not pass this information onto any third parties.


Sometimes other information and notes are taken to help us remember conversations during sessions. This information is collected on by staff at Infront Photography. We use password protected data management software to hold our data.


If you contact us through social media these messages are stored within our account and obviously you are able to delete these at any time. If you contact us through our email address these are stored within our account and if you would like them deleted at any time please ask and we will do so.


Majority of data would be supplied directly from you unless a voucher has been won and then a third party may advise us of your contact details but again only what you have supplied them. The data collected is solely for providing you with a service you have ordered or to advise you of a similar service you may wish to purchase.


We are obviously required by law to collect and store certain information relating to orders placed with us so we can produce an invoice etc. Contact data may be used to send you offers and newsletters regarding Infront Photography which you are able to unsubscribe to at any point.


As mentioned we do not sell your data to any third parties. On occasions we may need to share certain data to allow us to provide a service to you such as delivery & postage and law enforcement & legal if we are ordered to do so. Most data we collect is stored indefinitely to allow us to have a better service to you as a customer. We are legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time such as orders, sales and payment records.
