Client Story Email 1 – Jennifer, Tom & Katie

Subject: The Moments You Never Knew Meant the Most

Hi ClientName,

I wanted to share a story that beautifully captures what so many families experience when they come to the studio — not just photographs, but a deeper connection they didn’t realise was already there.

A little while ago, a mum named Jennifer booked a session for her daughter, Katie. Her husband, Tom, was reluctant to be part of it. Like many dads, he thought the session should just be about Katie. So Jennifer expected “photos of Katie,” and nothing more.

But during their telephone discovery call, she mentioned something small… yet incredibly meaningful.

Every week Tom and Katie walk to the park together. Tom pushes her on the swings, she giggles and shouts “higher!” and he acts like she’s flying. Jennifer thought it was just a habit — something they always did — until one question changed everything.

When I spoke to Tom later and asked why that time mattered to him, he paused and then smiled.

“It’s when she reaches for my hand on the way there,” he said.
“That’s the moment. When she puts her little hand in mine — that’s when I feel like her dad. Like I’m her person.”

When the photographs were revealed, the image he chose wasn’t Katie on the swing — it was the moment Katie held his hand.

That portrait now hangs in their home, and Tom told us that every time he looks at it, he’s reminded of what matters most — being present, not just being there. Their park trips have become more than routine. Less phone. More connection. More memories.

Later, Jennifer said:

“I never realised how much that moment meant to him… until the artwork showed me.”

That’s the magic of this experience — revealing the deeper meaning behind the everyday moments that are quietly shaping your family’s story.

I can’t wait to explore your story next — the moments you already cherish, and the ones you might not even realise mean the world until you see them captured forever.

Warm regards,

Client Story Email 2 – Vanessa, Leroy & Melissa

Subject: What if one photograph could remind your family how much they mean to each other?

Hi 𝐶𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠𝑁𝑎𝑚𝑒Client’sName,

As you get ready for your session, I wanted to share a story that captures the heart of what these experiences can truly mean for a family — not just on the day, but every day afterwards.

A mum named Vanessa recently came to the studio with her family. Her son, Leroy, was preparing to leave for college — an exciting milestone, but also emotional. Everyone was proud of him, but his younger sister, Melissa, was quietly heartbroken at the idea of him moving away.

For years, Vanessa had tried to display family photographs around their home, but Leroy and Melissa always resisted, worried about what friends might say. The photos stayed hidden in drawers instead of on the walls.

But during their session, something powerful happened.

I suggested that each person write a letter to another family member — something they appreciated, admired, or had never said aloud.

Melissa wrote to Leroy.
Vanessa and her husband wrote to him too.

When Leroy read Melissa’s words in the studio, everything shifted. You could see the realisation wash over him — he wasn’t just a big brother. He was her safe place. Her role model. The person who shaped her confidence, her laughter, her childhood.

Then he read the letters from his parents — filled with pride, encouragement and unconditional love.

The session became about more than photographs. It became a moment of understanding — a family recognising how deeply they belong to one another.

And what happened next surprised everyone.

When it was time to choose their artwork, it wasn’t Vanessa pushing for portraits on the wall… it was Leroy and Melissa.

They wanted that reminder in their home — not for their parents, but for themselves.
A daily reflection of their bond.
Proof that no matter where life takes them, they are always there for one another.

Later, Vanessa said:

“This isn’t just artwork — it’s the heart of our family on the wall.
The love that holds us together, even when things change.”

That’s the magic we create here — not staged pictures, but love made visible.

As you prepare for your session, think about the connections that matter most to you. The little moments. The unsaid things. The feelings you’d love your family to be reminded of every day.

If there’s something special you’d love to include — an idea, a tradition, a message — just reply to this email and we’ll bring it to life together.

Warm regards,
Phil — Infront Photography

Client Story 3 Dogs – Claire & Milo

Subject: The Quiet Moments That Become Everything

Hi,

Before your session, I wanted to share something that really shaped the way I approach dog photography — a story that reminded me why these sessions matter far beyond the images themselves.

Not long ago, a woman named Claire brought in her dog, Milo. She told me she simply wanted “a good portrait before he gets any older.” She wasn’t expecting anything emotional — just something nice for the wall.

But during our chat, she mentioned something small:
Every morning, when her alarm went off, Milo would nudge her hand before she even opened her eyes. It was their routine, something that had happened for years, so familiar she barely thought about it anymore.

When I gently asked what that moment meant to her, she went quiet for a second.

She said, “He’s the first one who reminds me I matter that day.”

We didn’t plan to recreate that moment in the studio — it just happened naturally. While she sat down to adjust Milo’s collar, he leaned in and pressed his head against her hand, just like she described. I captured it without her even realising.

Weeks later, during the artwork reveal, she looked past all the playful, energetic images… and stopped at that single quiet photograph.

“That’s him,” she whispered.
“That’s who he is for me.”

She later told me that having that portrait on her wall helped her through a difficult period — days when she felt overwhelmed, or the house felt too quiet. Seeing Milo’s gentle gaze in that image was like being reminded that he had always shown up for her, in every season of her life.

That’s the power of these sessions.
It’s not just about creating a beautiful photograph — it’s about honouring the bond you’ve built with a companion who has been there in ways no one else sees.

Your dog has their own quiet magic, too — the small rituals, the knowing looks, the comfort only they can give. And I’m truly looking forward to capturing the moments that already mean something to you… and maybe the ones you haven’t realised matter yet.

Warm regards,

Father & Child

Client Story  4 – Brandon & George

Subject: The Moments That Speak Without Words

Hi,

Before your session, I wanted to share a story that reshaped the way I look at father-and-child photography — a reminder that the most meaningful moments aren’t always loud or dramatic… they’re the quiet ones we don’t realise we depend on.

A little while ago, a dad named Brandon booked a session with his son, George.
He told me it was just to “get a good picture while he’s still little.” Nothing emotional — just something for the wall.

But while we were talking before the shoot, he mentioned something small:

Every weekend, they go to the same park.
They do the same rides, the same games, in the same order.
And neither of them ever says it out loud — they just know.

That’s their ritual.

Brandon said the moment that gets him every time is when they arrive, and George looks up at him without saying a word… and Brandon instantly knows which game they’re going to play first.
That look — that tiny pause before the fun begins — is the one that tells him, “I feel safe with you. I like being with you.”

We didn’t plan to recreate that ritual in the studio.
But toward the end of the session, while Brandon was adjusting George’s shirt, George looked up at him with that exact same expression — the silent one that means “I know what comes next.”

Brandon burst out laughing.
George wrapped his arms around him.
And in that moment, everything in the room changed.

During the artwork reveal a week later, Brandon didn’t linger over the big smiling portraits — even though they were beautiful.

He went straight to that single quiet image.
George looking up.
Brandon laughing back.
No words — just complete understanding.

“That’s us,” he said,  “That’s our thing.”

He told me afterwards that having that portrait on the wall meant more than he expected.  That on the days when work was stressful, or the weekend rushed by too fast, or he felt like he wasn’t doing enough as a dad… that picture reminded him of one thing:

George knows he’s loved.
He feels safe.  He feels happy with his dad and he Likes me

And that means everything.

That’s the magic of these sessions. We’re not just creating pictures — we’re capturing the rituals, the signals, the little private world that only the two of you understand.

I can’t wait to photograph the bond you’ve already built… the games only you two know… and maybe a moment you didn’t realise mattered until you see it on the wall.

Warm regards,
Phil — Infront Photography
